Since Callahans folks are scattered all over the globe (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and still growing), any collection of recipes from patrons will contain some ingredients not readily available in some places. This section attempts to explain those mysterious ingredients and suggest usable alternatives.
